The strategic goal of Interhyp is to increase its market penetration and further enhance its position as the largest German residential mortgage broker. To achieve this objective, Interhyp intends to:
- Continue to focus on core residential mortgage business.
- Enhance brand awareness by increasingly employing both traditional and online marketing strategies
- Leveraging the 32 regional offices to raise Interhyp's local profile and enhance mortgage applications and conversion rates.
- Grow the Intermediary Channel by increasing both the number of Prohyp partners and institutional cooperation agreements and the mortgage volume that each intermediary places through Interhyp.
- Increase operating efficiency and profitability.
