Management Board
Interhyp's management board currently consists of four members, Michiel Goris, Robert Haselsteiner, Jörg Utecht and Marcus Wolsdorf who head the Company. The management board is complemented by the deputy members Mirjam Mohr and Benjamin Papo.

The members of the management board are appointed by the supervisory board for a maximum term of five years. The supervisory board may revoke the appointment of a management board member prior to the expiration of his term for good cause, such as for gross breach of his fiduciary duties or if the general shareholders' meeting passes a vote of non-confidence in relation of the relevant management board member.
