Interhyp's management board currently consists of the members Michiel Goris (CEO), Mirjam Mohr, Benjamin Papo and Jörg Utecht who head the Company.

The members of the management board are appointed by the supervisory board for a maximum term of five years. The supervisory board may revoke the appointment of a management board member prior to the expiration of his term for good cause, such as for gross breach of his fiduciary duties or if the general shareholders' meeting passes a vote of non-confidence in relation of the relevant management board member.
